Health Guarantee

Any puppies purchased through our website are safe, with a minimum health guarantee of one month from the breeder. In case of any doubt about the pet’s security, you can check the rules and regulations governing your state.

When you buy a puppy, it undergoes a professional vet check 10 days after purchase. If the veterinary doctor discovers any health problem or any chronic illness, you can make either of the following choices within 5 to 10 days after purchase:

  • Send back the puppy and receive all your money.
  • Send back the puppy for it to be replaced with another puppy of the same price.
  • Return the puppy and you will be highly compensated for the veterinary fee, not more than the price of the puppy bought.

However, when the seller has shown a well-being certificate from a veterinary doctor with date & time signed and stamped, the above options do not apply to your advantage.

Also, if a veterinary doctor declares that your pet has a congenital or hereditary problem that adversely affects its health, or if the pet dies from such diseases, you can select the above choices.

An alert and a message are sent to you containing the address, phone number and name of the veterinarian who checked the puppy, within 24 to 72 hours. If you cannot notify the seller about the supposed problem within 72 business hours, you need to handle the loss.

[FYI: Each state has different rules and regulations regarding pet purchase. So, kindly be thorough with the conditions in your state before purchasing.]

In the United States of America, each state has its own distinct rules and regulations concerning the security and well-being of sold pets. All breeders promoting business using our website offer protection and care to these puppies, in all states, in the absence of well-being centres available, for at least a month. If a state rule specifies the pet custody for more than a month, then it is strictly followed.

Many breeders guarantee their puppies with extra time added. It is illegal for a breeder to falsify health records that go against the state-prescribed laws.

For more explanatory points of expanded hereditary wellbeing, go through the following:

Amplified(extended) Hereditary Wellbeing Guarantees (when advertised):

  • Show legitimate documentation to the breeder before paying for any emolument.
  • It does not offer any cost coverage related to any injury caused by the proprietor’s carelessness or coincidental harm.
